With over 40 years of combined experience in janitorial services and distribution, PMLI is built on deep industry knowledge and a commitment to doing things properly. That experience is why healthcare facilities — the hardest buildings in the region to clean correctly — trust us with theirs.

We're not just a cleaning company.

PMLI grew out of the distribution side of this industry, and the two are still run together — Sam Janvey is President of both PMLI and I. Janvey & Sons. That means we source products, equipment, and supplies through a local distribution network we own, not one we're a customer of. When a supply chain tightens, our competitors wait. We don't.

It also means our chemistry and equipment recommendations come from people who know the products at the manufacturer level — not from whatever the catalog is pushing this quarter.

Over the years we've formed lasting partnerships with some of the largest suppliers and customers in the market. Those relationships are the proof — clients stay because the service holds up, and suppliers back us because we represent their products the way they're meant to be used.
